All kits come pre-programmed and require an easy setup on site. Unpack the gear, plug it into the mains, connect the battery, go into installer mode, then set up the sensors and siren, test and connect the panel to the internet using your own Cat6 cable run from the modem to the alarm panel for smartphone app connection (this requires each member of the house to register and have a registered email and password set up; the first year subscription for the app is free- the customer end user must pay for the next year if they want to continue with the app). Once set up, you're good to go.

 

NOTE: If the panel has been reset by the installer or end user for any reason. KITSEC will charge a fee to reprogram the panel; this might be the whole gear returned to Kitsec for programming or the installer will need to call for support and this will encure a charge for the time on the phone to reprogram. 

All Hardware is covered by a 5 year warranty - this is for the gear only - We will not cover any cost for installation time or travel time, warranty is for hardware only.
